EXERCISE DESCRIPTION

Blind feedback is a verbal sharing practice done “in the dark.” After a collective working session, participants sit quietly with their eyes closed, and share about what they experienced: what happened, what they felt, the thoughts or questions that arose. Sharing with eyes closed allows for collective feedback while lessening judgment and fear of speaking, while supporting a form of de-hierarchization.
