EXERCISE DESCRIPTION

  • Collectively make a list of our failures, including the most painful ones, recent ones, old ones, even anticipated future failures, etc.
  • In groups of 3 to 4 participants, imagine a ritual of release. This can be similar to carnival rituals, which often involve symbolic rites of passage where one passes through the depths, to be reborn, free from what weighs us down.
  • Combine the various rituals so as to create a collective (singular) ritual of release. This can take the form of a closing ceremony.
