EXERCISE DESCRIPTION

This exercise allows participants to anonymously evaluate different aspects of an experience or project. On a large sheet of paper, draw a circle divided into several sections. Each section represents an aspect of the experience, for example: sleep quality, food quality, satisfaction with activities, energy level, mental well-being. Participants evaluate each element by placing a dot in each section, according to how they feel about it: the closer the dot is to the center, the more positive the evaluation; the farther out, the more negative. Participants can use stickers or draw dots to preserve anonymity. Similar exercises:

  • COLORED POST-ITS
Give out post-its in two colors: one color for positive feedback, one for areas to be improved. Participants write anonymous feedback on each post-it, then stick them in the appropriate sections, creating a visual feedback wall.
  • EMOTIONAL BAROMETER
Prepare a chart with different faces or colors representing various emotions (satisfied, neutral, dissatisfied, etc.). Participants choose a post-it color that corresponds to their emotional state on a given theme, and then place it in the appropriate section.

These anonymous visual feedback exercises allow organizers to record participants’ perspectives in a non-intrusive way, while offering a collective overview that can help guide the project.
